Eligibility Criteria for NDA | |
Nationality | 1. He or She must be a citizen of India; 2. He or She must be a subject of Nepal; or 3. He or She must be a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, and the East African nations of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia or Vietnam in order to settle in India permanently.
